(Oh yeah, and in the last one I accidently put burned instead of burn... oh well ^__^
Lorby decided to take Cody to redwall that morning, and even though he thought his clothes and appearance were still strange, and still obliged to take him there.
They walked for quite a while, Lorby said they'd be there in a few hours.
'A few hours!? well, at least it isn't a day...' Cody thought to himself.
Cody and Lorby were walking through Mossflower woods. and stopped to break for Lunch.
Lorby pointed to a little point in the distance.
'That over there is redwall abbey, it is still pretty far, but we will get there in about slightly less then a hour.
And just then Cody heard a stick crack behind him,
'Watch out!!!'
Lorby jumped on top of cody knocking him down... Cody had the wind taken out of him, and he noticed a few inches away from his head was an arrow... inbedded in a tree.
Whoa!! what was that!?
'Vermin... now listen Get up and run as fast as you can... don't stop, just keep running until you get to redwall, don't look back just keep running...'
The boy ran as fast as he could, and could hear Lorby running behind him, just then he tripped on a tree root and fell down flat on his face.
He then looked up and standing in front of him with a sword pointed at his neck was a big rat...
The rat told the boy to get up, and he did, and the sword was still pointing at the young boy's neck.
'What are you?'
'I'm a Human.'
'Human!? More like a Freak! tell me where you are from and I won't hurt you'
'I'm from Earth! I don't know how I got here, well... I made a wish and I woke up the next morning in your world...'
'Lies! Thta's impossible to go through worlds tell me where you are from, Or I will kill you!!'
'Cody was scared and he looked to his left and saw that a couple ferrets had overpowered lorby and tied him up.
'You can't kill me' cody whimpered.
'Why not? I am Darne the Conquerer, I have killed many beasts for no reason, and why should you be an exception?'
'Because... um... I am the only creature of my kind in this world, that makes me very rare, and if you kill me then my kind will go extinct from this world as we know it.'
'Lies!! there has to be more of you! but those clothes are so... Ugh....'
Cody then remembered what he had learned from his karate classes when he was twelve.
He jumped back and kicked the rat in the side, the rat dropped his cutless, and jumped at him.
Cody pushed the rat off, and kicked him in the stomach.
The ferrets ran over to help the rat and they grabbed Cody and held him still, while the rat got up and raised his cutlass, and was about to swing at Cody, when sudddenly the rats Eyes fogged over and fell over dead...
An arrow seemed to have pierced him in the back.
And then the ferrets started falling too...
A few squirrels came jumping down from the trees, and started untying the otter.
One walked over to Cody and said he had never seen a creature like him before... and Cody was still shocked that the creatures that were attacking him a few minutes ago were dead, never to move again...
Cody then realized that he lost his laptop since the break.
He then noticed it by the tree and it was totally destroyed, an arrow clean through it... some of the other ferrets were trying to figure out what it was, and got so frustrated with it they shot an arrow through it... and smashed it against a tree as well, it was now useless.
Oh well, lots of money down the drain... oh well he probably didn't need it anyway.
And the squirrels introduced himself.
The leader was Named Rengar (Guess where I got that name from? ; )
The other two, were named Farby and Tokey
Lorby thanked them for rescuing them, and the squirrels said that they'd take him the rest of the way, but lorby insisted he come because he was the only creature who know Cody well enough.
So they continued to go to redwall, and meet whoever was there.
