If snakes had fur and ants made honey,
This world would be right messed up.
I'd pinch myself until I could no more
If my lovely plate turned into a cup.

Somethings were made to be that way,
So good ale ain't ought to be a tart.
Mice don't fly and neither do badgers;
If you know that, you're pretty smart.

Logic is always a good thing to have.
If a fish has paws, you're in a dream.
Afar, a squirrel might look like a mouse,
But all things are not what they seem.

So pinch away if you see a vole with scales,
Or if your friend just grew another paw.
If my chestnuts could float and pie could fly,
It would be the strangest thing I ever saw.

A/N: Ah yes. A turn from my previous angsty poem mood. ^^;;
