yeah yeah i believe in feng shui as well! tried to read some bits of lillian too sometimes but of cos din get far. hahahha.. her stuff r so expensive anyway! but some of my bro's fren's family really believe in it. i recall once, we also shifted my dad's office furnitures cos of it. this was a major case of feng shui, cos it not only just the position of the funitures IN the room, but the whole position of the room. apparently, it has to do wif the room being on higher ground than the rest of the office, and there is a fountain right in front of the shop.
it is better to check feng shui everytime u renovate ur house, u never noe! and it doesn't hurt to listen to such "wisdom" :P
anyway i din noe we can't sleep near windows. my bed is just under the window! but i've got a 'kao shan' la, as my headboard lean against the wall. but winson's doesn't.... HRMPPP... i've got a huge wardrobe mirror in my room as well, but i dun face it. feels weird looking into a mirror when u sleep anyway. i heard the reason we shldn't face mirror is cos the soul leaves us when we r asleep, and when it comes back it may be confuse by the image in the mirror. hehe.. not sure.. but it just doesn't feel good. BUT, in huachong hostel, one bed (in every room) usually faces the door! i myself slept like tt before i think.. but i try to put sth (either a shoerack or a box) between the bed and the door.
mun, although u like the bigger space, but try to shift it back n see if ur headache will go away. if yes, THEN YOU KNOW WAT U SHLD DO! hehehehehe
feng shui also have logic in it. like sometimes it affects the airflow in the room and ur physical self mah! so lor.. it's not all superstitions.
wif regard to cny, happy cny!! me no play mahjong for quite awhile liao. did i mention i have been working 7 days this two weeks? it's crazy! one project is nearing deadline so they ask us to work 7 days. the other job's other casuals r not bcak from hols or summer sch, so lots of work for me too! sigh sigh.. and i've got an interview wif lexisnexis coming up.. not much pt in going cos i wnana go travelling in feb, and when sch reopens i dun think i have time to work. but the money is so tempting!! sigh sigh..
i will prob be having dinner at winson's place. then maybe another fren of mine having a mini cny party at his place on sunday. tts abt it! i'm probably still working 7 days! cos cny is NOT a public hol here after all! but 26 of jan is Australia Day so tts a public hol :P
am too drained now.. just came back from work. till later!
