I have been critical of the program, but the situation in Clifton is worse than even I thought. From the remarks attributed to him, Donald Little sounds like a cold blooded killer. The 'take him to Columbus' quote sounded to me like he had done it before. It is scary. I know that they had rapists and thugs, but I guess they might have cold blooded killers as well. Nice program.
