As we know, our own Snipe posts under several names-Snipe, Humboldt Rampart Snooches (or some idiocy like that), HRS III-and then occasionally he'll post under my name, other guy's name, etc., because he think it's the height of wit and satire.

Privately, on weekends, he bills himself as the "other" Mrs. Prosser.

He has, of course, another identity, his real name, which I shall be revealing sometime during the NCAA tourney. It's time to pull the mask of the Wizard and go toe-to-toe with a real person, which posters have been able to do with me from the start.

Gary Griffin, as part of a contest to reveal my identity, posted this message. It was on his old INSIDETHEWEB board. I saved it and I came this close to sending it to his boss, The Attorney General of the State of Illinois. I wanted him to know what Gary actually does for the taxpayer dollars that US citizens pay him. He surfs the internet and threatens taxpayers who don't hold his views. This message was posted on a Wednesday morning around 9. What a great way to start off your workday. You have to wonder how many Cook County criminals have gone free because barrister Griffin was posting this type of crap instead of preparing for his cases. There is a reason he isn't in private practice guys.

The information that I have posted about Gary and his job is personal, but it is far from private. He has gone to great lengths in the past to document who he is, what he does, and how he is related to his famous sister. He is actually very proud of the fact that he is who he is on the net. That is his choice. I like to keep my personal information private, and I believe that is my choice as well.

Gary seems to be under the notion that because he posts private information about himself, it is only fair to post the private information of others. That notion is flawed, and he is clearly wrong in doing this. This is a clear example of why he is unfit to run a message board that includes the management of personal information. He has done it in the past, he has done in lately, and I believe that he will do it in the future.

Interestingly enough, when personal information about posters that he favors has been posted, it is promptly and rightly deleted. However, a post that I was not a part of on the new MM board consisted of X-Band posting my IP Address, and another poster provided a link to where he said that you could look up my identity on the Warner cable site. I voiced a complaint to Gary, but got no response. He didn't delete it, and it is on the site today, unless he takes it down after reading this message. The truth of the matter is that if Gary Griffin doesn't like you, he is liable to post personal information about you, or let others post it without any deterrence.

The people that think that it isn't a big deal haven't been hit by the malicious side of Gary M Griffin. As long as they sing the party line and agree with his agendas they will be Ok.
