Subject: Donald Little - EXCLUSIVE

Donald Little was arraigned today this morning at the hamilton county justice center. One count of kidnapping with attempt to terrorize and one count of felonious assult

Donald Little was arrested after hitting a man with a hennessey bottle, dropping weights on his face -and hitting and kicking him repeatedly

This is the statement verbatim from the victim;

I came into the house, Donald hit me with the whiskey bottle on the head. He dropped some weights on my face, he set me up to be killed. He kept saying "kill him for me - I'm about to leave", Donald said, "stab him again, make him bleed" He told them to take me to Columbus so they can kill me and drop me off. Donald also repeatedly punched and kicked me when I came into the house.

In a statement today, UC officials said that Little will not be allowed to participate in any off-season basketball-related activities pending the outcome of the new charges.

He will be reinstated by B-ball season unless we can find another better player.
