James E. Slauter is retiring from being president of the quorum of 12 of the c-not-of-c (legally called Community of Christ). He will be ordained as an evangelist. I wonder who they will put in his place? Probably someone at the very forefront of the homosexual agenda.

http://www.cofchrist.org/news/2011/april/compierresignation.asp

April 15, 2011 — Don Compier has resigned as dean of Community of Christ Seminary at Graceland University, effective July 1.

The church is grateful for his service and wishes him well in his new role as vice president of Academic Affairs and dean of faculty at Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Missouri.

Letter of Counsel Regarding the Presiding Quorums 26 May 2011
To the church:

In response to his request, R. Paul Davis is released from his responsibilities as a member of the Presiding Bishopric and as a counselor to the presiding bishop effective May 26, 2011. This action is taken to provide Paul more opportunity to focus on family needs.
----------

You all need to resign.

AUTHENTIC CHRISTIAN MISSION IN A MULTIFAITH WORLD

"Christianity's monopoly on salvation is over."

"Non-Christian traditions must be recognized for what they are – fully franchised systems of salvation with practitioners as decent and devoted as any other, with scholars as intelligent and gifted as any other, with members as whole and holy as any other. Any model of authentic Christian mission in a multifaith world must acknowledge that"
