I haven't gotten misty over Mulder's misfortune since the sunflower scene of DLII. Somehow Teena Mulder's demise, as sad and questionable as it may be, is something of a relief. She was never going to tell what she knew anyway, so leave her to the fate of all the other XFs D.O.A.s. Although I was surprised at the choice of suicide. And that she didn't leave a note explaining everything. If she's so distraught about not telling Mulder everything that she feels the need for suicide, wouldn't she leave a note spilling what she knows? (Not a big TM fan, as you can tell.)

Oh and Foxy, yes, Mulder did look mighty fine. :-D

I hate those close up camera angles too. I had the same reaction as you that I couldn't really tell who was grabbing what since the shot was so tight. Guess they're leaving it up to our imaginations. He, he, he...

I think the two parter is there because they're going to tie Samantha in somehow. But like you said, it's a little anti-climactic if it turns out that she was just serial killed. Not that that isn't traumatic and horrible, but how do the little green guys come into play? I want little green men, damn it!

:-) SFP
