It was definitely at the end of "all things". I just took it to mean that her saying she'd had a vision was nearly as impossible or unlikely as it would be if she was having David Crosby's baby. ie 1. she is not a lesbian and 2. she can't have children. I just took it to be a stupid thing for Mulder to say. A thoughtless albeit good analogy.

About Mulder knowing or suspecting that Scully might be pregnant in Requiem.....well he may have suspected if in fact part of his JS wish was to have the genie restore Scully's fertility. If that is so then he would be watching and waiting for signs that his wish had worked. I did find it odd that while Scully was holding Theresa's baby that Mulder looked happy and loving towards her. I would have expected more of a pained look knowing that she can't have a baby of her own. But he looked happy. [ie I've done the right thing. She'd love a baby of her own.] Then when they were in bed he as good as told her to stop the X Filing and go and have a baby. There's more to life for her than this. He practically ordered her to and i thought that was odd coz unless she can have kids, what else is there for her to do except X File with him? Then in the hallway he really ordered her not to go to Oregon. Perhaps he did suspect that she might be pregnant. Who knows? We certainly never will. I do believe though, that Mulder has always had a 6th sense due to his alien brain activity. Probably why he topped the profile scene. He had a bit of an advantage over the other agents. Now we know why he has been able to jump to all the right conclusions during his cases like he does. And I guess that is how he realised that the abductees were not going to come back this time. Must've read the BH's mind or something. So I will wonder along with everyone else as to whether Mulder knows about the pregnancy or not.

I would like him to return in time for Scully to be able to tell him about it rather for it to be obvious to him.
