I thought Rob Robert's was like Tooms, but looking to adjust his fatally invasive eating habits. The climax put quite an uncomfortable spin on the 'just be yourself' cliche. I found it funny that even a genetic mutant would buy into the constantly growing 'self-help' market.
Concerning the subjective(Rob) structure of the episode, I would say that it was interesting to a point and that M & S were probably having all their usual discussions, but it did make you feel like you were being cheated out of M & S 'moments'.
I agree with you on the jurisdiction thing devlin. As far as I know the FBI wouldn't have been called to a case like this. If they had, it would normally just be to assist the local PD.

All that said, as a whole, it was another interesting visit to the world of the genetic mutant.

XXX Sig:)
