I keep thinking about that odd scene in En AMi where Scully had fallen asleep in the CSM's car and then she wakes up and questions him about changing her clothes. Remember she is also very puzzled by the fact that she didn't wake up and slept for hours and hours and he just dismissed it by telling her she was tired? Sounded very fishy didn't it? Mybe she knows she's a light sleeper and couldn't figure that out. I think he drugd her and then did something to her that either eradicated her infertility or even impregnated her. I don't think the child is his. I think it's Mulder's, but CSM had access to Mulder in The Sixth Ext./Amor Fati.

Now also remember that wierd scene with Mulder's mother talking to the CSM in TSE? Could it be that CSM told her about his plan and she agreed to it? I think he took sperm from Mulder while he was still under the affects of that rubbing and created something (CSM the mad sceintist!) that was alien DNAS related and then implanted it in Scully. Or maybe he had a doctor on hand who did. CSM touching Scully anymore than he did is too scary to think about!

Maybe this is a really wierd notion but I keep thinking about En AMi now. The whole episode really seemd pointless to lure Scully out there and claim her would give her the cure for cancer and then give her nothing. Why was this done? I think that was just a ploy so he could do what he did. It fits. I'm probably completly wrong but it fits!
