Yes, it's me. And if you are responsible for Tina Mulder's death, CGB Spender, you have miscalculated the control I exert of Mulder. He is his own person. I can no more make him see reason than you could put down your pack of Morleys for good. You have been blinded by your own smoke.

How many times have I attempted to dissuade him from some course of action that I knew would only bring him pain in the end? And what does he do? He ditches me. Every time.

You have gone too far this time. It wasn't enough that you killed Bill Mulder? And my sister? And what of Samantha? Is he right in believing you were behind her disappearance too? You have left him completely alone in the world, without any warmth or support. Or was that your plan all along? To make him hard and cynical like you?

Well, you have miscalculated. For Mulder is not alone. He has me. And I will follow and support him to the very end. Even in the journeys I do not agree with. For I am his friend. And I will not leave him alone, at the mercy of the likes of you. Do not count on me to reign him in.

If you are, indeed, behind the untimely death of his mother, I would suggest you run, not walk, to the nearest forum exit. The world will no longer be a safe place for you. For we two have nothing left to lose in the world but each other. And we will continue to seek the truth. And to put you out of business in the process.

*Places a "No Smoking" sign on the desk, stands toe to toe with CSM and speaks...*
