I would like to defend one of our squads. They were repeadedly praised for such a good job from the teams as well as parents and spectators and they were very appreciative. They were not intimidated at all, at least from where I was. They were also VERY loud and done everything they were supposed to do, so I do not understand why you are putting them all down. They seemed to have a great time doing what they like to do and I am getting tired of you trying to make them feel inferior to anyone. I also cant't understand why it is that you cannot understand that the teams being split was an administrative decision made last year that this years teams had to fulfill. With the exception of two teams in our district most have 8 cheerleaders.We had two teams of 6 with one team always having 7 (because I understand she wanted to cheer both squads red and blue which was also an option).I know for a fact that these teams were NOT pitted against each other as you say, they were just on two seperate teams. They could have cheered on both if they chose to but did not.
