Subject: Opening baby's nose holes

I'm new at this, so don't make this too complicated if possible. Can someone tell me how to begin to open the nose holes in my baby? I have one Lee Middleton doll that I bought which this was done and it makes her look so much more real. I have a few old babies to practice on. Please help if you can. Sincerely, Candy
