RP is 42, only 2 years older than DD.

In the last scene in TW with JD and sweatshirt dude, HSM says something like, "We've known each other a long time. You ask me things and I give you what you want to know." It seems more like HSM is just an informant, although he could still have a government job. I'll have to rewatch Per Manum to see what his behavior is like...didn't they meet outside the Hoover building? I remember them walking down the street and talking. Maybe JD needs to take Trust No One 101.
