Ew! He just gives me the heebie-jeebies.

So if Mulder was able to prepare himself for what they saw at the first gravesite, why didn't he share his insights with Scully? She looked surprised when he mentioned it.

I think, coupled with the S7 ep, that Donnie was the devil, and that's what Scully was seeing. Some of the faces she saw were ones that apparently were from her abduction, but wasn't that possibly also the work of satan? She saw evil in Pfaster. What better manifestation of evil than the images of those who abducted her?

This was an excellent ep in developing Scully's depth. We really have been treated more with her growth and development than Mulder's. Which is fine by me!
