Subject: See...people say that...about Dallas...

...but do they really understand what they are saying?

Dallas was an attempt to undo something (the crippling loss of Bobbie) without any writing involved and they negated many of the best storylines of the season. What I am talking about is a negation that is a VICTORY for Angel and COMPLETELY in canon. I in no way expect the season to be MEANINGLESS...instead of making the stories irrelevant it will underline their meaning and carry a powerful lesson. The ending I have in mind will ALSO open up the show for Movies to come (something that without spoiling you CANNOT happen with the current spoilers). I will go so far as to say...that no matter HOW this season ends, my take on the ending is how the first MOVIE will start.

If you watch tonight's episode you will see what I am talking about. Timebomb is the foreshadowing...though ALL of this season I believe has been a foreshadowing...if you look back you will see this ENTIRE season has been WRONG (And in his BtVS S7 DVD commentary JW admits he was forced into it by the network) and I do think he will have the last laugh (via writing) and it will have ZERO resemblence to Dallas because every line of this season will make sense when it happens.

Without spoiling you...let me ask you this? What, if anything, did Angel learn this season?

oh, and yes...I really liked Wonderfalls but knew early on it was doomed...far too quirky to last on Fox.
