X-Filey ep of NCIS

Did anybody see last night's NCIS ep? It was kinda X-Filey, with a helicopter landing in a field full of what appeared to be alien-designed crop circles. Abby was really going to town with the alien idea; she sounded like Mulder! Of course, being as this is *not* XF, there was a totally rational explanation.
The only thing that confuses me about NCIS is I can't figure out where the primary UST resides. Mostly I think it's Cait/Gibbs, but in this ep there seemed to be a bit of Cait/Tony UST.
