Yum! That Eastern Shore Pasta sounds wonderful. You are right about the chain restaurants. The problem we have outstate is that the small cafe's just can't make it during the winter. Summer is better if there are a lot of tourists around--if not most of the local ones just can't make it. It's too bad. When we travel we try to go to places like you mentioned. We can eat at the others any time.
