I heard he was leaving at the end of this season. Could the show survive without him?
I love the crime shows if they're well done and it's far better than the stupid reality shows which I think are dwindlng at last. Of the recent new pilots being done now there are a lot of sitcoms and dramas. Sitcoms will continue because of the success of Two and a Half Men. Hit shows lead to more shows of a similar nature.
Desperate Housewives isn't a typical crime show though there is crime involved. I posted that article that they are looking for the next X-Files so besides crime, Sci Fi weirdness. medical and law shows what else could there be in a one hour tv format?
