[> O.K. Here's another. A man was driving a load of rare Penquins to a zoo. Just outside the city limits where the zoo was located, his truck broke down. He was very upset and concerned for the Penquins. Finally someone else stopped and fortunately they were driving a truck. The penquin keeper told the truck drive he would pay him $500 if he would take the penquins to the zoo. The truck driver accepted, they loaded the penquins in the truck and off the driver went towards the zoo. Some hours later, the penquin keeper was still on the side of the road working on his truck when he looked up and saw the truck driver AND penquins about to pass him going the other way. The penquin keeper flagged down the truck driver and demanded to know what he was doing. "Didn't I pay you $500 to take these Penquins to the ZOO?!" he asked. "YES!" replied the truck driver. "And we had SO much fun, now we're going to the MOVIES!!!!" -- Luoodles, 20:31:18 08/18/01 Sat

[> [> One day Harm and Brumby were out in the hot hot sun digging a ditch for their boss, Bud. The worked for several hours before a shiny red pickup truck pulled up to the side of the road. Brumby decided to go up to the Boss to ask him why he was down here digging ditches, when the Boss was in his nice air-conditioned truck. So he trudged up out of the ditch. When he got to the truck the tinted window slowly lowered. Brumby could just see the shadow of the Boss’ face. He said, “Hey boss, how come we’re down here digging’ ditches and you’re in this nice air-conditioned truck?” Bud thought for a moment and then said, “Well, Brumby, that’s because I have intelligence.” Brumby looked puzzled and asked, “What’s intelligence?” Bud considered this and the put his hand out the window, palm out. He said, “hit my hand.” Brumby hesitated and then swung out his fist. At the last moment Bud moved his hand and said, “that’s intelligence.” -- C, 21:15:06 08/18/01 Sat

[> [> The tinted window went up and Bud drove off. Brumby stood there and then walked back down into the ditch where Harm was still working. He sat down under a shady tree to rest. Harm asked him how come he got to sit and rest while he still had to work. Brumby stood up as Harm walked over. He said, “It’s ‘cause I got intelligence.” Harm said, “what’s intelligence?” Brumby held his hand up in front of his face, palm out and said, “hit my hand.” -- C, 21:16:19 08/18/01 Sat

[> Okay Lu, here's my idea..... -- C, 21:18:57 08/18/01 Sat

We need to write a play!

You know, like,

Bud enters the scene carrying a water pitcher.

Harriet: Oh, Bud, thank you for watering the plants.

Etc. Etc. Etc. Only with much more interesting things happening. Which would be normal for us.
