actually I highly doubt if they are gonna prosecute anyone at all over it, theyve got more important stuff to worry about than that, and if they dont then they need a life, a kid my cousin went to school with at Rose Hulman was moving a lot of illegal software that way, the school caught on cause he was dumb enough to do it off of their server, told the FBI, but they didnt care, so he was suspended a semester came back and is now running an even bigger operation
