really? you happen to know how much it costs the industry
if a few people crack and spread the software? billions.
there are more people who have illegal than legal versions
of software nowadays, oh yes, people get busted for this
frequently. in europe, in asia, in the states. everywhere,
warez spreading is taken very serious.

that's because the fbi isn't particulary bright, furthermore, they probably only grab a bust if they are
forced by the industry to shut down a particular spreading
group. but trust me, a lot of people get busted for this
type of thing. because it really costs the industry a lot
(not that I care)

a month ago, some friends of mine who are in a crack group
where they cracked the games and passed them on to the
distribution guys got busted, and i got investigated aswell because i was on a list at those guys place's. the crack group still exists though. vive le underground.
