Well, that's the problem. The US specifically does NOT classify them as POW, but rather as "enemy combatants", a phrase no one really understands the difference between, but which the USA uses to excuse the need to adhere to the Geneva Convention.

Fly the flag over something as semi-questionable as Camp Delta (Which replaced Camp X-Ray) and people will find fault.
