Date Posted: 08:14:24 03/14/04 Sun I just purchased a like-new Yamaha Studio Supreme with the Pianocorder feature. The tape transport mechanism wasn't pushing the tape far enough forward however, and it didn't work. After 5 hours of tinkering, I got it working but I don't think it will last long. I read about Mark's midi-converstion software, but from what I gather it uses the tape deck via some kind of cassette adaptor. Since my tape transport is not working I'm not sure that's a solution for me. Are there other options that bypass the tape deck altogether? Are there any options that let you convert the tape player to a disk drive? Any advice is most appreciated. I really like the piano. Thanks Tim Williams Virginia [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
