With the passing of good friends and near passing of others, it is time to take stock and reorganise. I have a proposal to make and would like to hear thoughts and or have people offer their time to fulfil these proposals.

Firstly, I want to set up a council of three people to handle all interguild affairs. These people would hear applications for or against proposals of alliances with other guilds. They would handle our ORPA affairs. They would see to it that our name is well recieved in the realm.
These people would report thier findings/talks on guild alliances to either Synergy or myself. The reports would need to be brief with the councils opinion of the said alliance.

Secondly, I want to set up a group of event organisers. 3-4 people should be plenty. These people would organise all guild events from simple nightly hunts to grander events. Events that are larger than hunts would need to be approved by either Synergy or myself. Again, a brief report on what the event is, who is organising, who is involved .. ect. ect. All asistance for larger events that is needed will be offered. Nightly hunts will need a hunt master of the night. This person will be leading the crew to the destination('s), and it would be great if we could have a regular amount of hunts per week .. say 2-3.

Thirdly, I would like to set up a group of people who handle all recruitments. These people will be responsible for finding out about prospective new members. Where they have been guilded before, there ideas about the game, how they play the game, wether they are our type of member, ect. ect. Again a breif report on prospective new members to be received by Synergy or myself along with a post to the forum letting other members know as well.

On all three groups, Synergy or myself will have the final say. (except for hunts) The idea of these groups is to get everybody involved somehow in the mechanics and smooth running of our fine guild. Hopefully it will keep peoples motivation levels up. After all, it is OUR guild.

Please all, post your replies stating which group you would like to apply for. If people dont apply they may be asked to be in one of the groups !

One last thing, over these past couple of days I have noticed that you all DO know where our forum is *smirks*. I would like people to begin ustilising it more often, even if it is just to say 'Hi' or "only 45.2 more points to go to gm resist !" .. it is good to log onto the board and see people using it.
