Subject: Hello Magenta good to see you back again and lets see, on politics, yes it sometimes doesn't seem to matter who is in power but for us Merkans now the difference in a year's time is amazing. Last year, economy good, budget surpluses, abortion rights secure, a president who, for all his faults, seemed to care about ordinary people's concerns. Now, the government has no money, gas and electicity prices through the roof, abortion rights hanging by a thread, A president who should really be manager of a fast food restaurant.
In reply to: gumtree 's message, "Well! *G* - on politics, Im not sure that I agree - who you vote for does make a difference...give Mr. Bush and crew a few years, and we'll have required prayer (Christian, of course) in public schools, Corporations running welfare for strategic slavery purposes, and other things, besides. On Sex, and folks preferences, you can count me in the category of applying my statement to anyone. Religion - no, theres nothing wrong with it. I just dont like the idea that any single set has all the answers - especially to the exclusion of any other ideas. But, thats just me - I dont impose it on anyone else." on 20:24:19 07/17/01 Tue
