  • The first time I saw Eddie was the last bits of D2K, on a night that I was just flipping through the channels....I thought...Hmmmm! THIS guy is very cute! ....and then I listened, and laughed and laughed. I was upset that it ended so quickly. I saw Robin William's name in the credits...and thought, ok, this is good....the next morning I was trying to explain how funny this guy was to my Hub...but I hadn't caught his name, so it was luck again to catch the show the next time. I honestly didn't think, why is this guy wearing make-up? (But remember, I grew up in love with Tim Curry from seeing him in RHPS, AND I grew up in Greenwich Village...soooo...yeah....) I discovered Eddie pretty much the same way as Roxy...cruising the channels late one night and caught a bit of the show and remember laughing hysterically that I had to leave the room...I couldn't breathe. His appearance struck me..I think that's what made me search out what the show was and to watch it again....I loved the make-up. Then the next day I had to go out and look for anything I could find on him! Glorious was my next purchase and my obsession was off and running! That was Nov. 2001. His eyes....indescribable..such a wonderful shade of blue...will seem odd to see him with brown for Cat's Meow. Now for me it's the whole package..he is truly one of a kind. • Hi Roxy....Eddie has electric sky eyes he does, they take you into a different dimension. I remember when I saw Eddie in D2K and I came in on the Stonehenge bit and was immediately smitten and saying "who is this guy? He's greeeat, I love him" and it's all history now....Eddie emotes such great passion, dreams, and hope in me still, can't ever get enough. • First Eddie impression...hey who's that guy with Python? Then a while later he did a bit of stand up from D2K all decked out in his D2Kesque spendor. First thought was "hahahahahaha" then man, he's cute! Remembered his name, which is odd for me, but didn't see him again until Mystery Men. Then went BONKERS on my 3rd viewing of D2K on HBO last December. As far as his eyes, someone on IzzardNoire (sorry, can't remember who) described them as "impossibly blue" which says it all for me!       • Teri, when Eddie first started his tour in the US last year, he appeared to not be wearing underwear under his sleek black pants with bugle beads down the sides. He looked absolutely jumpable, and women near and far(myself included!) went bonkers. He did look so sexy. Then somehow he started wearing these long support shorts underneath the pants. • Is Eddie brilliant? As near as brilliant as an entertainer has reached thus far in my mind.
