We understand that D.C. "cleaned up" the neighborhood prior to our arrival, but we have still been advised by D.C. Police to not stay here after dark....delightful. I think Mr. I hit it spot on - its "sexy" for women to wear men's clothes (or at least pants and such like were considered such, now its just normal...) while it is still considered either weird or at best comedic (Robin Williams as Mrs. Doubtfire, Flip Wilson as Geraldine, the whole Monty Python troupe, etc. etc.) - why? because most women don't think a man in a frock as sexy (like men used to think about women in pants).
