yes Gum, when I worked at Nickelodeon I had change to meet some of these so-called high powered Mid management types from NY Headquarters, sent in to get a handle of the locals. It was truly amazing how stupid and clueless they were. They had all sorts of directives on the New Way we had to do things, and once implimented, the shit really hit the fan, spewed everywhere, mass confusions, angry phone calls from our outside contractors and actors, etc. The new rules were usually quietly rescinded a few weeks later.
