Brief thought. (hey!is this place going to die off on weekends like the white board? )

This self-actualization trend I've been on lately(and others too of course),

is somewhat like the Zen thing.

Put yourself OUT there--No fear--No judgment(even of yourself)--No expectations--No explanations--No excuses

And It will land right on target!

Hello hunni, you have mail! I'm about to post, you'll recognise it, I'm so lazy that I'm cutting and pasting from my email! As for zen, yeah somewhat although with zen there is that detachment from either expectation or result, that happiness and sorrow are equal with enlightenment.
