Not that I am any kind of expert, but there are so many kinds of TV's, as many kinds as there are straight people................
It makes the 'grey area' of gender confusing and facinating at the same time.
I think the word Transgender suits Eddie more, cos he has such a female side to his persona (that a lot of his fans just ignore).
Transvestite seems to suggest it is just a frock and lippy thing. I have known TV's who are male when dressed as males and others who are the same androgynous or fem person all the time whatever they wear. I have SEEN TV's who look like truckers in dresses, but never known any personally!! As I say, I am no expert!!

Yeah but I do wonder how different Eddie is from others, you know we all have this convention that we are either sex and so we girls are one thing and boys are another but if we had telepathy and could really see inside, do you think we would see that sexual divide so easily? I don't think so! The other day I heard somebody talking about we women have the secret knowledge and power to do things right, and I thought - hold on a minute! - Well..Spoot...now you've got my brain working...because I always say women have better intuition then men....I'm thinking some traits are more feminine and some masculine and that no matter what 'body' you have at the moment certain traits are dominant. (sorry...a believer in re-incarnation)...so in my way of thinking if a man has a great intuition then maybe that's his feminine side working at that point. So yea...very grey areas...So maybe I need to re-think...that whole way of looking at men and women....Oh shoot...I have Elton blaring on the stereo and can't get it out....I've always loved Elton...
