Subject: Your opinions on Tom Brady scoring controversy.

In week 9, I lost to our league commissioner by 2 points. He played Tom Brady that week who apparently threw 4 TD passes. I learned last Wednesday that the NFL ruled that one of the TD's to K. Faulk was ruled a lateral or backward pass and therefore, Brady's stats would be adjusted to 3 TD's and subtract the yardage. We use CBS Sportsline scoring which they say they won't change after Tuesday. CBS says it's up to individual leagues to do what they want. Our commissioner tells me this league rules any pass (Forward or Backward) a pass. I replied that this makes no sense because it would deviate from NFL rules. He then said that we just let CBS score for the league and that is final. I'm appealing to have a league vote on this issue. Am I being a jerk for requesting this? This could make the difference between me making or missing the playoffs. Thanks for any input.
