Subject: Trade Help, I really need it....

Ok, I am 5-5 and I am 1 game back in the divison with 3 to go. And I have a trade offer, but first here is my lineup:

QB- Drew Bledsoe & Drew Brees
RB- Marshall Faulk, Deuce McAllister, & Emmitt Smith
WR- Torry Holt, David Patten, Ed McCaffery, Az Hakim, & Keenan McCardell
K- Jay Feely
D- Oakland

Now the trade offer, since Faulk may miss this weeks game and we have little time to make up ground, here is what I got offered:
