Subject: Team Managment

We had a team in our leauge that failed to change their lineup for the week. He left three poor player in his lineup for the week. After Sunday's games were over he informed people that he went out of town and forgot to change his lineup. Because he of course lost the game some team owners are asking for the outcome of the game to be changed. They say this affects not only the two teams who played, but all the teams because of playoff ramifications. Should the game's outcome be reversed and the winning team be penilized because the other team did not make thier lineup changes?
