We have one owner in our league that continues to start players on bye weeks, injured players and leaving his lineup incomplete. It's very frustrating because it may change the entire outcome for the playoffs. We are looking into making fines for these offenses to help alleviate the situation. The other remedy may be not to invite owners like this back for the following season. I know that is harsh, but I'm in a competitive league that nobody wants to see compromised. Before changing any rules, I would talk with the offender first and warn him that he is undermining the ENTIRE league by mis-managing his team. Good luck with your situation.
