Subject: Guest actor

I was recently watching the episode "Time Out of Mind." The actor playing David French looked very familiar. Can anyone tell me his name? Also, I was wondering if the mental hospital in that episode had name/title or if it was just a Zurich mental hospital? Next question, I don't know if I imagined this or not, but I thought in part of the episode you saw a clipboard hanging on a wall in the mental hospital or the nurse holding it and looking at it or writing on it. Am I imaging this or was there some type of clipboard? I feel like I am forgeting things. Also, I am really glad that Peta Wilson is going to be in a film. I am very happy for her. Did anyone ever find out if that article that talked about how Damian Harris and her were no longer together, was true of completely and utterly false? I was just wanting to know because it would be terrible for their son.
