Subject: Petty, I think I have some sympathy for the Shatner fans--they must have felt like Matthew's fans did when Birkoff bit the dust. I really would like to see TPTB think long and hard before they kill off beloved characters in a series. I really am looking forward to the new ST. Do any Trekkers out there have a preferred ST hangout on the web?
