They rescued the metal chair from the white room. Vincent Webster (can't remember his character's name) was locked into it when they put that thing on the back of his neck. Several shots of Toronto...the convention center and the glass & steel bridge between the conv. center and the base of CN Tower. Stairways from the bridge to the street, and...the bad guy's headquarters was the same building that housed the Centre in The Pretender.

Familiar things all, not to mention great sets and editing by LFN alumni Rocco Matteo and Dave Thompson!
