Subject: One of my friends is currently reformatting her computer, having sent out well over a hundred infected emails and had her whole system crash on her.

Watch out because the virus will come from someone you know and the attachment could be any of their saved documents/files - My friend's resume got sent to everyone on her address list. And yes, she used Outlook too...
