Hi guys-- please read and give feedback. It could be shorter by cutting out the extended info on the musicians and stuff. What do you think? We can use whoever's name, or rotate a different name per letter, or no name at all, or all of our names (it might be cool if for this one we all signed it)

Hi! My name is Dorothy Dotson. I’m on the planning committee of the SoCal RAINN Event. I’m proud to tell you about the newest way to show your support for RAINN and have a great time, while you’re at it. RAINN’s latest fundraising endeavor is called Happy Birthday Tori, is proud to include parties going on around the country and the world to celebrate the birthday of the founder of the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network, and raise much-needed funds for the hotline. RAINN hopes to raise $100,000 worldwide through this fundraiser, and we’re hoping you can help contribute to that goal.
We’d like to cordially invite you to the SoCal Happy Birthday Tori RAINN Event, a wonderful evening planned for RAINN supporters and Tori Amos fans throughout the Southland. We have non-stop food, entertainment, and goodies planned, sure to make your donation is well worth it! The SoCal RAINN Event will feature performances by nationally acclaimed acts: Faith and the Muse (their only 2001 U.S. tour date!), Joe90 (featured on soundtracks for The Real World, Dawsons’s Creek, and Boys and Girls, has played with Counting Crowes, Jethro Tull, etc) as well as local musicians Chris Laterzo, and Hailey Kyees. Plus, you’ll be treated to a delicious spread donated from local restaurants and caterers. Did we mention complimentary make-overs from SkinMarket makeup artists? The evening will also feature a silent auction and raffle for thousands of dollars worth of prizes.
You’ll find an order form enclosed with a few different ways you can participate in this fundraiser. This is a wonderful way to support RAINN and meet other great people in our community so we’re hoping to see you there, but if for some reason you cannot attend, we hope you’ll extend your generosity and send in a donation. With your $20.00 donation, you’ll receive five limited edition photos of Tori Amos. A $38.00 donation adds your name to the birthday card we’re sending her after the event.
