Sounds like us americanos may be in need of a road trip or two. I'm about 6 hours from Toronto (Cleveland).

Speaking of Mexica, I hear airfare to Cancun is pretty affordable. That'd be way cool; surf, sand, sun, tequila, and Guess Who. Ahhhhhhhh what a thought!

I've been to Columbus once. My wife went to a conference there and I spent the day spending too much money at an incredible used record store just east of downtown (can't remember the name of the store).
I was recently turned on to Donna Mogavero who's a singer/songwriter from Columbus. She's got a great new CD out called "Out Of The Nest". Heard of her? I think she's terrific and we've been getting her some airplay at WRUW. Hopefully she'll be stopping up here for a show.
Also been to Toronto once to see Phantom. We went with another couple and we had a great time. There were some cool record stores there too but not as much Guess Who as I thought there would be. If I remember correctly, I think I picked up 3 CDs (Bannatyne, Rockin, and Paramount). Stopped at Niagara-On-The-Lake and some cereal manufacturing plant (my pals a cereal nut) on the way back to Cleveburg.
