I spoke with Burt Friday night (the night in question). I had noticed that he was online for quite a long time without stopping in the room I was, to say hello. So I sent him a message to ask him if he was asleep at his keyboard. He let me know what a wonderful time he had with all of you. He told me what you all chatted about. You fans had made his night. I hope to come to your chat room the next time he comes in. He's very articulate and very interesting. I'm sure you all had a good evening.

Not as thrilled as we were. Our Burton Fan Chat is an old-fashioned html chat, not IRC- probably not what your used to, but we have fun yakking there. But now that the Burton Cummings Fan Club has been officially blessed by the man himself, there are going to be a lot of verrry excited fans here. (once the shock wears off!)
