Subject: Getting around automatic gain control Author: Ian Lewis [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 18:35:53 10/14/01 Sun I have a Panasonic "Prosumer" AG-456U camcorder. It has a mic input with Automatic Gain Control. My problem is when I attach a mic to it and there is not any speaking or a pause in the action it blows out the audio and any minimal background noise is really amplified.
