I am glad that you think that Kirby might make a valuable addition to the guild. I have not have these conversations so I don't know what was said, but I would be interested in hearing your thoughts.

I am still not sure that either he or GB would make good guild members just yet. I firmly believe that both Kirby and GB "WANT" to succed as a part of the guild, BUT they have issues that they need to address first. For example GB needs to swallow a little pill of humility.

In my opinion Kirby really needs to work on "Sharing" and being part of a team when in the games. I think other than his vocabulary in the channel most of his troubles were with "Pouncing" on items and the give me, give me attitude. I think one of the best things that happened to Kirby was landing on his butt outside the guild. He has seen that we have a high standard. It might be worth it to continue talking to him and "MAYBE" offering him another chance.

This is without the benefit of hearing your conversation with him...
