I hear what you are saying and I agree...my comments posted about whether folks were giving were (if you read further) made an an inquiry as to a possible reason behind some programs falling away. I was not judging othyers and hope you see that.

My question is in what way would any member be draining this ministry if they are unable to give? Ordination is free (or was free, I think it still is.) The lessons are available for purchase if one wants that. How are members draining this ministry which is an ordination ministry? It does not provide tangible services to those it ordains as with a church that provides services to its members. If I am missing something and members are in fact draining this ministry, please tell me how, perhaps I am missing it.

Again, this is said with no malice. I am grateful for the ordination program that Steve has provided. But an accusation has been made that requires elucidation for the benefit of the members...an accusation laced with much judgment, I think.
