Genuine Christians agree on the essentials of the faith once delivered (Jude 3). We have complete freedom in Christ to disagree on the nonessentials (Romans 14:1-18) and we are not to judge one another on the nonessentials of the faith, for they are not the basis for Christian fellowship. Rather, the essentials of he faith are the basis of fellowship. Those who claim to be Christians, but deny the essentials of the faith (Deity of Christ, Triune Nature of the Godhead, salvation by grace through faith, etc.,cannot be regarded as spiritual brethren, and in fact, we are instructed to reject such as heretics as previously mentioned.
