Subject: Starting Lineup?

What do you guys think the starting lineup is going to look like? I guess the only questions are at SG and C. This is how I would like to see it:
PG Taron Barker/Chad Moore/Jamal Lucas (Tony Bobbit can play her too)
SG Tony Bobbit/Field Williams/Armein Kirkland
SF Leonard Stokes/Eric Hicks/Armein Kirkland
PF Jason Maxiell/Derek Hollman/Eugene Land
C Rod Flowers/Kareem Johnson/Derek Hollman

Flowers has looked very impressive in my opinion from the first practice I went to and the scrimmage this Saturday. He is always in the right spots for rebounds and has a great offensive game. His defense could be better I guess but I don't think it is that bad really. I think Hicks will need some time to adjust to the college game. Bobbit is a dawg. He is a very, very good player in my opinion, wouldn't be surprised if he challenged Wade and Gaines for C-USA player of the year. I love Field but Bobbit deserves the spot.

That would be my starting line-up as well. The only exception could be Johnson instead of Flowers at Center. I think Barker, Bobbitt, Stokes, and Maxiell are locks. (NT) -- Bearcat Rob, 17:31:03 10/27/02 Sun

- Flowers is as tall as Kareem and can rebound as well and his offensive game is clearly better. I guess you guys want Kareem for defense? That makes sense since our guards and Maxiell are effective scorers. (NT) -- JMac, 15:35:47 10/28/02 Mon
