I dont know if Coach Legree loves the Pacific Northwest but Coach Legree has scouted Loe this past summer Im told.UC I doubt has much interest with Jamar B at PG but Loe is a nice prospect probably end up at Stanford or Major Mormon school Utah or BYU.Loe is a solid prospect
