I watched Slats play and Nick was not there. Pilgrim played for Slats and did OK. He definitely looks like a "four" to me. Once he puts on 20 more pounds of muscle he should contribute.

Bobbitt was exciting to watch. Kind of like his Jr. year. Showed some NBA moves and shots, but also forced some. Rod Flowers also looked pretty good. Lots of rebounds, a fair amount of points. Hope he does well at Tenn. St.

I did not see any recruits with the exception of Pilgrim. I also saw James White play. Hit about 5 three pointers which was great to see. Likes to drive to the basket and frequently gets fouled. Should be a major contributor next year. He also needs to add 20 pounds of muscle, but at the three spot he can get away with being skinny. He also looks like he will get his share of offensive rebounds.

Kirkland looked his usual. Made a couple of outside shots and took it to the hoop well several times. I think we will see improvement from him because I think he will understand the game better.

Someone commented before on Robert Hite. He looks like a stud. Probably only 6'1, but outjumps everyone. He and White were the two best players on the court when their teams played.
